The Struggle of Humpback Whales is a stop motion film that explores the challenges that humpback whales face during migration. The goal of the film is to highlight the impact that humans have on the future of this incredible species. 

Humpback whales are an important part of the Earth’s ecosystem. They recycle nutrients and enhance primary productivity in areas where they feed, and play a vital role in nutrient distribution through migration. The film features scenes that highlight the major threats to whales during migration: ship strikes, netting, and pollution., The goal of the film is to raise awareness of problems that we contribute to with the hopes that humanity works to change for the better.

Brefly describe some of overarching animation strategies (approaches to your animation) while showing your project roadmap (ie. are you alternating between micro and macro views from scene to scene?) Is the whole animation approach to contiuously zoom in. The strategy for how you frame your animation and how you transition from scene to scene should support your narrative. This is is the opportunity to emphasize this.
